Letting the TEA Steep

The Fair Recruitment AI practice case began as your own argument. In a real project, its goal and evidence would need scrutiny from people with different responsibilities and experiences. Some need to read, some need to comment, and some need to edit or manage access. The platform offers these permissions, but your team still has to decide how to invite challenge and respond to it.

This module has two parts. First, you will identify the current collaboration controls: teams, case sharing, comments, Discover publishing, import and backup, and machine integrations. Then you will plan how to use a working case during deliberation, design, testing and evidence generation. Publishing is a deliberate choice about a public snapshot, not a replacement for work with affected people.

Use a practice case and a second test account if available. Do not send invitations or publish sensitive example material merely to complete the activity. The screenshots requested here are for the porting team and will be captured from a running application.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

Choose appropriate team roles and case permissions for a collaborator.

Use comments and live changes to invite and respond to review.

Explain how sharing a working case differs from publishing to Discover.

Plan who contributes and what is shared at each project phase.

Identify when import, backup or an API token supports collaboration.

Continue to the exploration.
